INTRODUCTION

The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below (hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between any user of the website www.internationallanguagecamps.com (hereinafter referred to as a “User” or “You”) and the business entity www.internationallanguagecamps.com owned by the company ISC, Quai Gustave Ador, 34, 1207 Geneva – SWITZERLAND.

These general terms and conditions of sale are the only applicable terms and replace all other conditions, except with prior, express, and written agreement. ISC may occasionally modify certain provisions of its general terms and conditions, and it is therefore necessary to review these terms before each visit to the website www.internationallanguagecamps.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). By validating your order, we consider that you accept without reservation our general terms and conditions of sale after having read them.

By accessing the Website, you agree to comply with the General Terms as well as the Terms of Use provided therein.

Photographs illustrating the products are not contractual and do not constitute any commitment on the part of ISC.

PRICES

Please note that prices are displayed in CHF on the Website but also in the currency of the shipping country for informational purposes, without any contractual value.
ISC disclaims all responsibility for errors or inaccuracies in the conversion system used or for any discrepancies between the estimated total amount of your order and the billing amount.

AVAILABILITY

In the event that one of the ordered products is not available in our stock, we commit to contacting you by email within 7 days from the date of your order to inform you and indicate the expected availability of the product.
Displayed availability is indicative and does not constitute any contractual commitment.

SECURE PAYMENT

ISC offers several payment methods to pay for your purchases: credit card (CB, Visa, or Mastercard…), PayPal, and advance bank transfer.
For payment by credit card, the amount will be debited 4 days after your order, provided that prior authorization has been obtained from your account by the payment centers. Otherwise, your order cannot be processed.
Online payment by credit card is made via the “STRIPE” security system, which encrypts your banking information during its transmission over the network.
For payment via PayPal, you must have or create a PayPal account. The transaction is conducted directly on the PayPal Website. ISC cannot be held liable for any malfunction of the payment platform.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

It is strongly recommended to purchase cancellation insurance in your country of residence to ensure a full refund in case of cancellation before the start of the camp or early departure during the camp (e.g., in case of illness, accident, family issues, etc.).

A flat fee of 1000 CHF will be retained (non-refundable and non-transferable) in the event of cancellation.

In case of cancellation, the amounts retained are calculated as follows:

5% of the total cost of the stay if the cancellation is notified by registered mail more than 60 days before the start of the camp.
25% of the total cost of the stay under the same conditions if the notification period is between 60 and 30 days.
100% of the total cost of the stay if the notification period is less than 30 days.

There is no refund for shortened stays, regardless of the reason for cancellation (including force majeure).

Cancellation, withdrawal, or shortened stays are subject to a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

In the event of the cancellation or cancellation of a stay by ISC, the company will immediately inform you, and all amounts paid will be refunded in full without any additional compensation.

DISPUTES AND LIABILITY

This contract is governed by Swiss law. Any dispute, regardless of the delivery location, arising from the interpretation or execution of these General Terms will be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of the Geneva tribunal.

ISC cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the concluded contract in cases of force majeure, disruption, or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services, transportation, or communication systems, flood, fire, or war. ISC shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of business, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damage, or costs that may arise from the purchase of any product presented on the Website.

ISC cannot be held responsible for the consequences of misuse of products sold on the Website.

The liability of ISC will, in any case, be limited to the amount of the order.
